What I Offer
I incorporate tools I am an expert with as and when needed, such as myofascial and deep tissue strokes, stretching (joint mobilization, AIS, and/or other stretches), and energy work (intuition, Lifeforce qigong energy healing, Reiki I cert, basic tools from Polarity and Healing Touch). Relying on my intuition and guidance, I often use hot stones and silicone cups with client permission. Get relief from back pain, joint pain, hip pain, and more.
