My guided tools incorporate myofascial deep tissue strokes, stretching (joint mobilization, AIS, and/or other stretches), and energy work (intuition, Lifeforce qigong energy healing, Reiki I cert, basic tools from Polarity and Healing Touch) for maximum efficiency.
